Our friend Esa demonstrated how to make a paper bird to our class. We had lots of fun and think they look great!
Knife Crime
We were visited today by Merseyside Police, who came in to our class to talk about knife crime. We watched a video about the dangers of carrying knives and the devastating impact it can have on individuals and people close to them.
Our Local Area
We were invited for a trip around the new housing estate near our school. We spent the morning having a tour of the building site and finding out what this development will mean for our community.

Peer Massage workshop
We were visited by the lovely Jean Barlow this week, who worked with our class to explore the benefits of peer massage. We loved our session and felt so relaxed afterwards.
Life Skills Week Year
Today in groups we helped each other by giving compliments and promoting resilience. We also played cooperation games.
Life Skills Week Year 6
Today we have been building our resilience by learning to trust more. We all worked with a partner and took part in a Trust Walk.
